Terms & Conditions

i. LifeCycles will carry out the work to your Bicycle which is shown on the M-check that is provided. In the event of any additional work or replacement parts you will be contacted before work is carried out/parts ordered. LifeCycles accepts no liability for any defects arising with your bicycle as a result of not having this work undertaken.

ii. The estimated time scales that we have provided you with are only estimations. 

iii. Payment in full is required on the completion of any work undertaken to your bicycle prior to the receipt of your bicycle. LifeCycles reserves the right to retain your bicycle until you have paid in full.

iv. An appointment must be arrange for the return of your bike to you within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation that the work has been completed . If you fail to do so, we will provide you with a email notifying you that you have 21 days to contact us to arrange this Drop off appointment, failing which we will sell your bicycle to recoup loss of earnings. Failure to arrange drop off with in the 5 working day period will result in storage charges being applied to final bill of £3 per day.

v. Subject to the terms and conditions, all replacement parts provided will be guaranteed for a period of 6 months, all labour and workmanship is guaranteed for a period of of 6 months also, commencing from the date of the work being undertaken.

vi. If we fail to comply with these conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you or us at the time we entered into this contract.  

vii. Except were expressly stated otherwise and agreed in writing with you, we only supply the Goods or Services for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the goods for any commercial business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

viii. We do not in anyway exclude or limit our liability for a)Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; b)any breach of the terms implied by section 9-11, or 17 Consumer Rights Act 2015; and c)defective products Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any of your statutory right or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
