Consultation
Our Life Cycles Colleagues will preform a Industry standard M-Check, speak through parts if needed and any issues that need solved. This gives us a great opportunity to get a one to one session to get to know you and your needs.

Collection and Drop off
Our Life Cycles Colleagues will look after your Bicycle by collecting and returning your bike in our Life Cycles Van. We have a standard Charge of £7.50 for collection and drop off within Perth. A £1 charge on top of the standard £5 for every 5 miles outside of Perth. We can provide a Drop off appointment with a consultation with one of our Colleagues. Please inquire with us to arrange this for you.

Q: How do I know what my bike needs? A: We will first call you to hear the problems you are having, book you a Face to Face consultation at earliest convenience and supply you with a detailed assessment and costing. You can also look at our levels of servicing online.
Q: How Long will it take? A: We aim to collect your bike within 24 hours of initial inquiry. Back to you within 48 hours. If parts are required it may take longer but we aim to have it back within 3 working days.
Q: Are you insured? A: Yes, we are fully insured for public liability, theft and accidental damage.
Q: How do I pay? A: We offer cash and bank transfer
Q: Do you offer a mobile repair service? A: No, We feel that to deliver the highest standards of repair and customer service, getting your bike into our immaculate workshop ensures that there are no compromises on quality.
